Angeal Boone - Founder
As the owner and founder of Boone & Associates P.C., Angeal Boone brings over 20 years of experience to each and every client. She founded the firm as a way to cater to the needs of small business owners and greatly enjoys working with clients as a partner, team member, and advisor.
Gina's education in business and accounting has been the foundation of her career for over 25 years. Gina was one of the original associates with the firm, joining us in 2007. With that education and extensive experience, she has developed a wide range of skills and abilities to assist and consult with clients from numerous business sectors during the past 15 years. She is well-versed in the proper processes and compliance aspects of public accounting principles. Today, she specializes in small business accounting, payroll, and sales tax preparation.
Heidi joined our firm in 2021 and is a 2015 graduate of the University of Nebraska- Omaha. Heidi specializes in business and individual tax planning and preparation. Heidi enjoys partnering with her clients to help achieve their company's vision and goals. Heidi's interest and experience also include real estate income tax and multi-state tax preparation.

Jeannie Brown
Jeannie Brown joined the firm in 2017. She has a degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in accounting from the University of Nebraska. Jeannie passed the Certified Public Accounting exam in 1996. She has over 25 years of experience in multiple industries. Jeannie is also a Nebraska Notary. Jeannie supports both high net-worth clients and business clients, successfully proving her diverse abilities. Her professional demeanor and fun personality make her a great co-worker, and clients enjoy working with her.
Jennifer joined the firm in 2023 with over three years of customer service experience. She not only offers administrative assistance but is willing to tackle any project given to her. Jennifer’s motivation and fun personality make her a great co-worker.
Jessica is an accounting manager with over 15 years of experience in bookkeeping relations. Areas of focus include outsourced accounting, small business consulting, Quickbooks training, and preparation of business financials for tax returns.
A member of the team since 2016, Jill has recently returned to public accounting after spending some time in the private sector. She specializes in small business accounting, payroll services, and sales tax preparation.
Jo joined the firm in 2017 with over 20 years of customer service and managerial experience. As Office Manager, Jo's responsibilities include office management, executive assistance, special projects, and concierge services. She has an eye for detail and enjoys being part of our team. Jo is also a Nebraska Notary.
Kay has been a member of the team since 2016. She has experience in both public and private accounting, as well as many years in the corporate environment serving many different roles in the Finance Department. Her current areas of specialization are small business accounting, payroll services, sales tax preparation, and personal and business tax returns. She enjoys providing the next level of customer service to her clients in addition to creating efficiencies for their processes.
Kim has been a member of the team since 2014. She has experience in both private and public accounting. She specializes in small business accounting, payroll services, and sales tax preparation.
Larry has been with the firm since 2015 and specializes in tax preparation for businesses and individuals. Larry enjoys the challenges of complex tax returns and provides a detail-oriented approach that ensures all is done in a timely and professional manner.
Founder and President Emeritus of Jaguar Group, has over 40 years of experience in business management and accounting. She is passionate about the firm's approach and a champion for the client's best interests. Her primary focus is client strategy and succession planning. She works closely with client estate attorneys insuring client assets are being properly conserved.
Matt joined the firm in 2017 when the firm Harry Hall CPA merged with Boone & Associates. He has a degree in Business from Creighton University. Matt passed the Certified Public Accounting Exam in 1993. He has 30 years of experience in accounting and preparing personal, corporate, and partnership returns.
Megan joined the team in 2020 with prior experience in accounting and income tax preparation. She has a master's degree in accounting from Brigham Young University. Megan enjoys helping clients understand the financial side of their business so they can focus on their operations.
Mike is a 1992 and 1993 graduate of the University of Nebraska-Lincoln with a bachelor's degree in business and a Master of Professional Accountancy degree. He has 29 years of experience with tax preparation and planning related to individuals, corporations, partnerships, estates and trusts, and employee benefit plans. He also has significant experience with sales of businesses, mergers and acquisitions, and the state of Nebraska incentive programs.
Morgan joined the team in November of 2023 with prior tax experience and income tax preparation. She began her accounting career in January of 2021 after graduating from the University of Wyoming with a bachelor’s degree in accounting and associate degree in agricultural business. Morgan is currently pursuing her CPA certification. She most enjoys client interaction and helping her clients with all their accounting needs.
Rachel started her career with the firm as an intern in 2011 and has grown into a skilled accountant. Her clients appreciate her knowledgeable, friendly services, and she specializes in income tax preparation, small business accounting, payroll services, and sales tax preparation.
Scott has been involved in the firm's growth since its beginning and has been our biggest champion and encourager. He joined us full-time in 2000 after leaving a long and successful career at First National Bank. He brings extensive experience in information technology, process engineering, and team spirit.
Sherri has been a member of the team since 2019. She has over 20 years of experience in public and private accounting and specializes in payroll services and small business accounting. Sherri enjoys providing detailed service that is customized to the client's needs.
Sitora joined the team in 2022 with 12 years of experience in small business and tax accounting. She is fluent in English, Russian, and Tajik (Farsi). Currently specializes in small business accounting and personal and business tax returns.
Steve is a South Omaha Boy who graduated from UNO in 1974 and has worked as a CPA ever since. Steve has owned his own CPA firm since 1983 and merged with Boone & Associates in 2022.
Theresa has been a member of the team since 2014. A graduate of the University of Nebraska- Omaha, she has accounting experience in both the public and private sectors. Theresa is an IRS-registered tax preparer and thoroughly enjoys using her 35 years of tax preparation experience to actively help our clients.
